VroomToSchool App enable parents to track their child while
commuting to
School
via mobile phones in school buses, pool cars to monitor the
location of the bus in real-time. This can help ensure that the bus is
following the
designated route and
arriving at its stops on time. It notifies the Parent Users about the exact
location of the
vehicle in Real-time, receives in-app notification while onboarding and
completion of
journey, sends proximity alert, updates the in-app Map interface with a
marker to identify
the location. It shows estimated time of arrival, vehicle speed, time
remaining, shows the
vehicle Route with Polylines and intemitent stops.

Parent Users can install the App, register themselves to add their Child's Credentials and sent request to specicific School Bus/ Pool Car on a particular Route. Once its accepted, Parent user can track their children via App. Parents can also check the LIVE Video Broadcast anytime during the trip.
The App is completely FREE for Driver Users. Driver Users can install the App, register themselves and accept the invitation from Parent Users to help Parent track their Children.No more need to attend multiple calls from anxious Parents while Driving. Parents gets all the required information and updates from the App only. Drivers can initiate LIVE Video Broadcast of the journey to help Parents see their childs anytime during the journey
School Bus/Pool Car Agencies can register themselves to manage their vehicles and Parent Customers via App.

Thank you for choosing our VroomToSchool App. We are confident that you will find our service valuable and user-friendly. However, we understand that there may be situations where a refund is necessary. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
We offer refunds for subscriptions cancelled within the first seven (7) days of subscription. To be eligible for a refund, the user must submit a request through our support team and provide evidence of the issue they have faced. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe the user is abusing our policy or acting in bad faith.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@yourapp.com with your name, email address, and reason for cancellation. We will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the subscription.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for any reason, including but not limited to: The user has not provided evidence of the issue they have faced. The user has not reported the issue to us within 24 hours of occurance. The user has violated our terms of service or acted in bad faith. The user has received a refund for a previous subscription.

We strongly recommend to keep your App updated with latest version.
We do not encourage Users to add Schools in the list of available Schools. This might lead to errors, primarily where the School GPS location is very critical here. Please call our support or email us with the School location and full details. We will update the list of Schools with your requested Schools.
Selecting the location from the Google Map is only enabled when you grant permission to access your device location to the App. Please check the device settings page and verify if you have allowed the same. You need to select option "Always Allow" while giving the permission to access your device location.
We do not encourage Users to add Routes in the list of available Routes under a particular School. This might lead to errors, primarily where the start and end points of the Route w.r.t GPS location is very critical here. Please call our support or email us with the School location explaining the Start point and End point of the Route. We will update the list of Routes with your requested Route(s).
You need to SignUp/Login with you mobile number and validate your mobile number with an OTP. Once validated you need to select from the options of User Type. Available User types are:

What a relief!
What a relief! I was always anxious about my child. Now I get all notifications status on reaching school and home safely. I am able to see her current location. I no longer need to call the driver for any update.
Live Video Broadcast
My child is hyper active and always in a playful mood. I remain tensed when he is travelling and wants to see if he is behaving ok during his journey. The live video broadcast just lets me do that.
I wish I had it before
My child met with an injury during her way to School. She was playful and accidentally knocked her head. Now she is aware that Mom is watching and remain calm during the journey.
